Graham, or as the team at @lido_troon like to call him, "G" has been professionally making pizza`s for 11 years. Throughout this time, G`s passion for pizza has made him a master of his craft having worked with a variety of doughs to perfect his technique.
And as a man wo loves a bit of spice, the next time you`re in Lido you might spot G serving up his favourite pepperoni and fresh chilli pizza!🌶

Meet Stephen👋
From London to Singapore, Stephen spent the early stages of his hospitality career travelling the world with Jamie’s Italian before returning to Scotland to open their new Edinburgh restaurant. Whether motivating his opening team or making a lasting first impression with his customers, Stephen quickly became a master of bringing new venues to life!😎
Fast forward to today, Stephen has celebrated his 5-year Buzzworks anniversary as our New Opening Operations Manager during which time he has led the opening team through many of our recently opened venues, including Scotts Port Edgar, The Duke and Thirty Knots.
“Throughout the past five years I’ve worked with so many different people, brands, and projects so it’s safe to say no two days have been the same! The visionary spirit of the team here at Buzzworks means we are always working on something exciting, challenging the norms of the industry and staying ahead of the curve.

Our team had a blast at our 4th annual Iron Bartender cocktail competition!👏
Congratulations to Elaine from T-Bar, our new reigning champion, who wowed us with her delicious boozy iced tea creation, very cleverly made with recycled banana peels!
All of our bartenders showcased their incredible skills and we couldn’t be prouder of their hard work and dedication. It was amazing to see members from all of our venues as well as our central support office to come together and cheer on their colleagues! 🙌
A big thank you to @flordecanarum for their continued support, helping us create such a fantastic event. We can’t wait to see what our talented team come up with next year!

Complete with a bright outdoor terrace space, the team at @herringbone_abbeyhill are serving beautifully crafted cocktails and delicious dishes 12pm till late, 7 days a week🙌
