WHATS YOUR ROLE?

To support senior chefs with all aspects of the kitchen while having the confidence to run your own section through busy service. You will have a desire to learn and relish in any new challenge.

You will help in the coaching & development of your team and encourage them to take pride in their role through a consistent and positive approach to their work.
