THE ROLE:

To support the General Manager in running the operation of the venue, in terms of profitability, quality and compliance.  To coach, support, develop and inspire the team to consistently deliver the best hospitality experience.  Demonstrate our Company Core Values at all times.

SKILS & EXPERIENCE REVELANT TO THE ROLE:

• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the hospitality industry
• Capacity for learning with the ability to assume more responsibility
• Lead, coach, support, mentor and develop the team so they can maximise their potential
• Excellent organisational skills with the agility to adapt to multi changing circumstances at short notice
• Customer focused and confident when dealing with guest complaints
• Resilience to work in a fast-paced environment
• High standards with a keen eye for detail
• Conscientious, with a great team working ethic and positive attitude
• Committed to your own personal growth
• Full driving licence is advantageous
