Here at Buzzworks, we encourage our chefs to deepen their knowledge of high quality, fresh ingredients. That’s why our chefs recently had the pleasure of learning from the best of the best – our trusted supplier, @campbellstrade in Linlithgow.

From succulent meats to fresh fish, we were shown first-hand the craftmanship and sustainable practices that go into perfecting Campbells Michelin star quality ingredients responsible for naming them masters of taste. Following a well-earned lunch at The Bridge Inn, our chefs headed back to the kitchen armed with a deeper understanding of our ingredients and a hunger for creating new, delicious dishes!
