Floor & Bar Team Member
Take your first steps into hospitality as part of our Floor & Bar team. With no experience required, this is the ideal way to learn more and get to grips with a high-quality service environment. What’s more, we are flexible so you can find the shifts that work for you.
Senior Floor & Bar Team Member
With previous experience of Front of House, you’ll be comfortable working the bar and floor, providing a more in-depth, personalised hospitality experience. With a little guidance, you’ll soon be a great ambassador for the company.
Team Leader
As Team Leader you’ll have a wealth of experience Front of House and will become an ambassador for our brands. Not only will you coach your younger colleagues on how to deliver great customer service, but you’ll also take on some management responsibilities.
Assistant Manager
Our Assistant Managers are responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation of our venues. Not only will you play a key role in supporting the development of others, but you’ll also create an honest and engaging culture in which team members can excel.
Deputy Manager
The right hand to the General Managers, Deputy Managers have full autonomy in their absence. You’ll be an experienced and passionate leader with a proven track record and the ability to grow and develop the business using your commercial acumen. With responsibility for overall performance, you’ll drive business standards and inspire your team.
General Manager
Ultimately accountable for the success and compliance of our venues, General Managers deliver the highest standard of customer experience, serving as ambassadors for the company values and ensuring every employee measures up to these. You’ll lead by example and ensure that employee wellbeing is at the heart of everything you do.
