The Scottish Larder
We hosted a Scottish themed tasting dinner last Friday night at The Coach House to celebrate Scotland’s amazing food and drink!
A delicious five course meal was carefully curated by Chef Trainer Neil, Head of Food Scott van der Hoek and Head Chef of Herringbone, James. They used the very best local and in-season produce with flavours inspired by Scotland’s natural larder.
The evening was co-hosted by Danielle from Ian Macleod Distillers who shared some knowledge about the three whiskies she paired perfectly with the meal!
