Our managers don’t just manage, they are the driving force behind some of the country’s most beloved hospitality businesses.
Leading by example, we empower our senior managers to take ownership of their venues, inspire their teams and ensure that our customer expectations are surpassed every time.
Your Journey
Team Leader
As Team Leader you’ll have a wealth of Front of House experience and will become an ambassador for our brands. Not only will you coach your younger colleagues on how to deliver great customer service, but you’ll also take on some management responsibilities.
Assistant Manager
Our Assistant Managers are responsible for supporting day-to-day operation of our venues. Not only will you play a key role in supporting the development of others, but you’ll also create an honest and engaging culture in which team members can excel.
Deputy Manager
The right hands to the General Managers, Deputy Managers have full autonomy in their absence. You’ll be an experienced and passionate leader with a proven track record, with the ability to grow and develop the business using your commercial acumen. With responsibility for overall performance, you’ll drive business standards and inspire your team.
General Manager
Ultimately accountable for the standards, success and compliance of our venues, General Managers deliver the highest standards of customer experience, serving as ambassadors for the company values and ensuring every employee measures up to these. You’ll lead by example and ensure that employee wellbeing is at the heart of everything you do.
