Because we wouldn't be where we are without you.
Our people bring the Buzzworks story to life every day, why not hear from a couple of them…
Lauren Caldwell
Starting out as a Floor & Bar Team Member at The Corner House. I moved over to Edinburgh for university, joining the team at Scotts South Queensferry. Throughout my time here I have progressed within Buzzworks and am now Deputy Manager here.
I love the sense of community and strength in relationships I have built over the years. Buzzworks has allowed me to progress into the role I am in today.
Grant Cameron
Starting with Buzzworks over a decade ago at Scotts, I went on to lead the bar at Lido Troon, winning Cocktail Bar of the Year along the way.
I then moved to The Tree House, stepping into my role as Deputy Manager. During my time there, Iโve continued to progress and have since become General Manager. Iโm really excited to keep growing and developing further in my role.
I’m really looking forward to training and coaching the future of the company and seeing what they go on to achieve.
Nathan Mclaughlin
My journey with Buzzworks started over 10 years ago where I started out in Scotts Largs before travelling through a number of venues. Then moving into my current role as social media manager in our central office where I have continued to grow and develop in my role.
I love how no two days are the same and I have had some amazing opportunities within my role.
See more from our people...
What a day at the Master Chefs of Great Britain Front of House Masterclass! ๐
Last week our chefs gave a live demonstration of four dishes from across the Buzzworks brands, while our front of house team served eight guests, all in front of an audience of 280 hospitality students and teams from across the UK.
It was a fantastic opportunity to share the Buzzworks guest experience with the next generation of hospitality talent, and to show what we do best: making people feel great through hospitality.
A huge well done to everyone involved. We couldn`t be prouder of you! ๐
Team Thirty Knots โญ
The amazing team at Thirty Knots took part in a sponsored 5K across the Fourth Road Bridge to raise money for suicide awareness, mental health support and community wellbeing.
Following on from their Suicide Awareness Coffee morning the team decided to keep the conversation going and support charities that make a real difference.
Well done to the team for showing up and making an impact ๐คฉ

Go team!! ๐
On Tuesday the team attended the Master Chefs of Great Britain Front of House Masterclass. With 280 guests in attendance from colleges and the hospitality industry across the UK.
Our chefs cooked live in front of the audience, creating dishes from across the Buzzworks brands, each paired with drinks to complement the dish. Then our front of house team took the floor, serving eight guests as the audience watched it all come together.
This day was all about showing what we do best at Buzzworks: Making People Feel Great Through Hospitality ๐
Well done to all the team - we couldn`t be prouder.

#buzzworks #thetreehouse #growforwardtogether
Itโs the people, the friendships, the big moments, the busy shifts, the celebrations and all the little moments in between.
Itโs where careers grow, confidence builds and friendships last.
Because hospitality is about so much more than what happens during a shift.
Itโs about the people who make it all happen. โค๏ธ
