A big thank you to Mark and Theo from Callebaut who travelled all the way from London to deliver their fantastic Chocolate Academy training session for our chefs.

From chocolate lollies and caramel filled truffles to decorative feathers and chocolate stamps, our team not only went home with their own handmade goody bag but also a wealth of knowledge on Callebaut’s finest recipes, tempering methods, and sculpting techniques.

Not to mention, we also had the very hard task of tasting various flavours of chocolates, glazes and hot drinks throughout the session… delicious!
